King's School

About Us

Our beginnings
We opened our doors in January 2003 with 30 excited little children ranging in age from 2 to 6 years. We now have a school of over 120 children and we cater for children from the age of 2 to Grade 7. The children therefore benefit from staying with us through their early childhood development years and then through the foundation years of more formal education.

Early care, aftercare and holiday care
We offer early care from 7am and aftercare service from after school until 3pm or 5:30pm. These times are less structured as we try to make these experiences as homely as possible. Aftercare includes a balanced lunch, rest time, some structured play and lots of free-play.

Family Involvement
Creating a family atmosphere is important to us. We have activities during the year where children and parents can enjoy family time together. These have included family picnics, games evenings, spring walks and Christmas celebrations.
